The Admissions Assistant supports the goals and strategies of the Admissions team and supports all areas of the family journey through targeted work flow strategies, streamlined data collection and personalization of customer experience. This position sits within the broader Admissions & Advancement team, which also oversees marketing, communications, and business development strategies.

 


  • Native level of English preferred; additional languages are added value
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple
    deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and
    courteous demeanor.
  • Working knowledge of Google suite and experience with data analysis; experience
    with database management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also capable of working
    independently and with a growth mind set.
  • Attention to detail in all communications with potential families, and through data
    tracking and record keeping.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges
    as they arise.
  • Proactive and innovative/problem finders who seek solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Open Apply (and communication between school platforms-
    PowerSchool)
  • A committed, adaptable, creative, curious team player, who prioritizes collaboration,
    communication and a systems thinking approach.
  • Knowledge/experience in the field of K-12 International Education and basic literacy
    in special needs as relevant to school offering.
    Bachelor’s Degree preferred
