As the end of the school year approaches, a small group of high school students at ASM are gearing up for a special service trip to Puerto Rico from May 23-31.
Founded in 1962, ASM has been educating international students from more than 50 countries for more than 50 years. The school’s mission is to provide a modern and rigorous education for international students to excel in the changing world of tomorrow.
ASM offers an American-style international program, preparing students for success in the International Baccalaureate Diploma program that begins in the last 2 years of our high school.
We provide a student-centered, American-style education that encourages children to develop their full potential, achieve personal excellence and become global citizens committed to lifelong learning. We embrace the IB learner profile along with our school values of accountability, respect and empowerment. Technology is a key focus at ASM and an integral part of student learning.
Learning at ASM starts with our Early Childhood program for 3 and 4-year olds. Students begin school at age 5 with Kindergarten and then continue elementary school through grade 5. Our middle school program covers grade 6-8 with students following an international or terza media track. High school is 4 years from grades 9-12, culminating with the IB Diploma program.
