Welcome to the American School of Milan! Founded in 1962, we offer an English-speaking American-style education with international accreditations for children aged 3-18. We welcome applications from students of all nationalities who can contribute successfully to our multicultural community.
Current enrollment is 880 students, with approx. 330 in the Elementary school and 550 in the Upper school. Students represent more than 70 nationalities; the largest of these represented at the school are Italian (40%), American (25%), Korean (6%), and Canada, UK, Brazil, France, and Ukraine at 4% each. ASM hires highly professional English mother-tongue teachers who care for and deliver a supportive learning environment in all classes. The school is not-for-profit and governed by a Board of Trustees composed of parents of enrolled students.
