Teaching At ASM

ASM is an IB World School that provides an American style education to international students from more than 50 countries. Our Mission Statement details our dedication to a modern and rigorous education. 

ASM will interview and hire teachers as needed. Our busiest recruiting months are from November to January, with openings becoming known in October. ASM has participated in job fairs put on by the GRC, Search Associates, and ISS in the past, though much recruiting work has moved online since the pandemic. ASM will generally post openings on our website and on one or more of the websites associated with the organizations that run hiring fairs (listed above).

Interested candidates may send a letter of interest accompanied by a digital professional portfolio that includes recent references. Please send to employment@asmilan.org. Candidates should have a minimum of two years teaching experience. We prefer a Master’s Degree and all candidates must be fluent in English. United States citizens are preferred.
